Home staging services in Canada, city by city.

500 home staging companies across 68 cities. Each listing was built by reading the company's own website, and every one links straight back to it. Pick a city to see who works there, what they specialize in, and how to reach them.

Where the listings come from

We searched for staging companies the way a seller would, city by city, then read each company's own website. The services, specialties and service areas on a listing are the ones that company published about itself.

What decides the order

Nobody pays to be listed and nobody pays to rank. Companies appear in the order of how much they publish about their own work, because that is the only evidence we have.

What you will not find

No star ratings, no review counts and no badges. We do not collect reviews, so showing a rating would mean inventing one. Any company can correct its listing or ask to be removed.

What home staging services include

Home staging prepares a home for listing photos and showings. The work usually starts with decluttering and depersonalizing, then moves to furniture placement, lighting, and deciding what stays or goes in each room. For vacant homes, many companies bring their own furniture and decor; for occupied homes, they typically work with what the seller already owns.

Companies tend to offer the service in two shapes. A consultation means the stager walks the home and leaves the seller with a room-by-room plan to work through. Full staging means the company does the work itself, from planning to placement. Many of the companies listed here offer both, and each listing says which.

Choosing between staging companies mostly comes down to their portfolio, whether they serve your city, and whether they handle occupied homes, vacant ones, or both. If you want the room-by-room walkthrough before hiring anyone, the Listing Prep Almanac covers how to prepare each room, and the compare pages set out the trade-offs between hiring a stager, booking a consultation, and doing it yourself.

Cities

A city gets its own page once 5 companies serve it. The number beside each city is how many are listed there.

Outside Canada

A small number of United States cities are in the directory. They were built the same way as the Canadian listings, from each company's own website.

Smaller markets

Towns with fewer than 5 listed companies are grouped by province instead of getting a page of their own, so every company we found is reachable from somewhere.

Home staging services, answered

What does a home staging company actually do?

A staging company prepares a home to be photographed and shown. Depending on the service, that ranges from a consultation that leaves the seller with a room-by-room plan, to a full stage where the company supplies and places furniture, art and decor. Every company in this directory describes its own services on its own website, and each listing links straight to it.

How do I choose between home staging services?

Start with your city page and read what each company publishes about itself. Look at the portfolio, check whether they handle occupied homes, vacant ones or both, and confirm they serve your area. There are no ratings here to lean on, so the company's own published work is the evidence.

Do I need full staging, or is a consultation enough?

A consultation suits sellers who are willing to do the work themselves and want a clear plan for it. Full staging suits vacant homes and sellers who want the company to handle everything. Many companies offer both, and their listings say which.
